HANOI, April 16, 2021 – Aiming to further research and blockchain development projects, PolkaFoundry (polkafoundry.com) opted to partner with SotaTek, Rikkeisoft, and Ekoios to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) outlining the establishment of the Polkadot Blockchain Development Association (PBDA).
Mr. Truong Hong Thi, Founder & CEO of PolkaFoundry, Chairman of PBDA, shared: “As a one-stop production hub for DeFi & NFT applications on Polkadot, we established PBDA with the mission of not only contributes to the growth of the Polkadot ecosystem but also wishes to support all other blockchain projects that wish to the involved in the Polkadot Network in the journey from building strategic planning, product development to implement in real life. PBDA will become a reliable place for first-rate Polkadot developers to assist new Polkadot projects to solve any obstacles in developing decentralized applications on the Polkadot ecosystem without any fuss.”
According to this MOU, all four companies will contribute both human and technical resources to find, train, and build a team of high-quality developers. The team will actively work as a part of the developer hub for new blockchain projects being created in the Polkadot ecosystem as a whole or the PolkaFoundry platform specifically. PolkaFoundry, Rikkeisoft, SotaTek, and Ekoios have agreed to form a team of at least 50 qualified developers (during Q2/2021), trained by professionals technical experts from each of the four companies.
According to Mr. Luu Chung Tuyen, CEO of SotaTek, “Blockchain is a highly secure and applied technology. Before joining PBDA, SotaTek successfully implemented many projects for domestic and foreign customers, especially the cooperation with the Vietnamese government at the end of 2020. We hope that PBDA will be the launchpad for blockchain projects to thrive in the nearest future.”
Mr. Do Dinh Dong, CEO of Ekoios Technology, shared a similar perspective within his own company as he claims that, “as a pioneer company in the field of Blockchain, Ekoios has been developing a lot of blockchain products for customers“, shared Mr. Do Dinh Dong, CEO of Ekoios Technology, “by joining the PBDA, we will work with other members of the association to dig deeper and further to make blockchain technology even more developed while simultaneously bringing Vietnam into a world-class blockchain development center.“
PBDA is supported by more than 2,000 professional and experienced developers who have already implemented various international technology projects. Therefore, it is established with the expectation of becoming a development center capable of incubating and building blockchain projects on Polkadot with ease and professionalism. Ultimately, it will serve to build the greater Polkadot ecosystem and the diversity and sustainability of the PolkaFoundry platform.
Building on blockchain’s potential for long-term international success, Mr. Phan The Dung, CEO of Rikkeisoft, noted, “this association is a combination of pioneering enterprises in research and development of blockchain technology. In particular, we have built many successful blockchain projects and achieved attention from the international communities.” Hence, he remains confident that PBDA will help “develop specialized human resources, making Vietnam the blockchain development center of the world, affirming our technology capacity in the international arena.“

Thành Lập Liên Minh Polkadot Blockchain Development Đầu Tiên Khu Vực APAC
Nhằm thúc đẩy các dự án nghiên cứu và phát triển Blockchain, PolkaFoundry (trưc thuộc Icetea) đã ký hết hợp tác cùng ba doanh nghiệp phần mềm hàng đầu khu vực là SotaTek, Rikkeisoft và Ekoios thành lập liên minh phát triển Blockchain Polkadot (PBDA). Theo đó, lễ ký kết hợp tác đã diễn ra ngày 16 tháng 4 vừa qua, dưới sự đồng thuận của 4 nhà sáng lập.

Việc tạo một pool gồm các lập trình viên, được các chuyên gia PolkaFoundry và chuyên gia của các bên liên quan đào tạo bài bản, là bước đi đầu tiên của việc hợp tác này.
