The “MoU Signing Ceremony” of the special “IT Leader 4.0 International Developer Training Program” was organized last Wednesday – 10/03/2021 at Bachkhoa Aptech’s headquarter in Hanoi. Besides BachKhoa Aptech as the director of the program, representatives of important corporate partners, including Ominext Holdings Group, Rikkeisoft Holdings, and SotaTek JSC Holdings, also attended this important event.

Out of the 50.000 IT graduates every year in Vietnam, 72% lack practical skills, 42% are bad at teamwork and 80% of developers need to be re-trained upon joining companies. To resolve this pungent human resource issue, BachKhoa Aptech, with the experience of 19-year in IT training and coaching, has developed the “IT Leader 4.0” Program. SotaTek  – Đối Tác Chiến Lược của BKAP Chương Trình IT Leader 4.0

Vào chiều ngày 10/03/2021, Bachkhoa-Aptech long trọng tổ chức Lễ ký kết ra mắt Chương trình Kiến tạo Leader 4.0 hợp tác cùng Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Ominext, Công ty cổ phần Rikkeisoft và Công ty cổ phần công nghệ Sotatek. Đây là chương trình Đào tạo lập trình viên quốc tế chất lượng cao và cam kết học viên tốt nghiệp có việc làm với mức lương từ 10 triệu đồng.

Hằng năm các cơ sở đào tạo trên cả nước cho “ra lò” 50.000 nhân lực CNTT. Nhưng trên thực tế có tới 72% thiếu hụt kỹ năng thực hành, 42% thiếu kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và 80% lập trình viên phải đào tạo lại…là minh chứng cho sự khan hiếm nhân sự chất lượng cao trong ngành CNTT. Đòi hỏi các cơ sở đào tạo phải có lộ trình khác biệt, tinh gọn để chạy đua với cơn khát nhân lực CNTT trong kỷ nguyên số.

TS. Tô Hồng Nam – Phó Cục trưởng Cục Công nghệ thông tin – Bộ Giáo Dục & Đào tạo cho biết: “Với tốc độ như thế hiện nay chúng ta còn thiếu khoảng 190.000 nhân lực công nghệ thông tin chất lượng cao nữa. Về chất lượng, đòi hỏi ngày càng khắt khe vì không chỉ là yêu cầu trong nước mà cần đáp ứng cả thị trường toàn cầu. Đây là một thị trường không giới hạn nên ta thấy được cái tiềm năng của ngành CNTT trong những năm tới. Quan trọng là cách đào tạo và học tập như thế nào cho tốt, có cả dài hạn và ngắn hạn. Hiện nay công nghệ thông tin thay đổi liên tục, kể cả những  nhân lực CNTT ra nghề lâu rồi vẫn phải học nữa, học tiếp để cập nhật xu thế”.
