As a Junior Learning and Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering a learning environment and facilitating the exploration of potential in our team members.

Your duties shall include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the implementation of the corporate learning culture development program,
  • Plan and execute training foundational knowledge activities for employees,
  • Act as a trainer for soft skills development among employees,
  • Coordinate the creation of content in E-learning systems,
  • Coordinate the implementation of technology and leadership training programs,
  • Coordinate and implement talent and core team development initiatives,
  • Monitor progress and costs associated with training courses and programs,
  • Maintain training data in the Learning Management System and other relevant systems,
  • Conduct training evaluations, perform data analysis, and generate training reports,
  • Contribute actively to Learning and Development department events and activities,
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the L&D Leader
  • Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
  • Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);
  • Performance bonus, 13th- month salary, public holidays bonus (2/9, 30/4, 1/5, 1/1); bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team;

Must have

  • Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and orally;
  • Service-oriented with strong customer care, analytical thinking, and innovation skills; 
  • Intermediate problem-solving, design (images, clips, etc.), and communication skills; 
  • Ability to approach, influence and inspire other people towards learning & development activities; 
  • Positive, proactive and self motivated mindset.
  • Good looking appearance.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in English/Japanese language skills.;
  • Previous working experience in an IT company;
  • Collaborative, congenial and team-oriented personality;
  • Intermediate logic, systems, marketing, and unofficial project manager mindset
