As a Marketing Lead/Manager at SotaTek, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and expanding our reach in the IT outsourcing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy tailored to the IT outsourcing industry, aiming to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead & mentor high-performing marketing team and IC team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and other content relevant to our target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
