Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team.

  • Lead the charge on our brand evolution. You’ll work with design, product, marketing, and leadership to codify and understand the unique tenets of our brand and help shape where it goes;
  • Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business;
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
  • Actively participate in events, conferences, forums, fests… in blockchain industry to find new partners/clients and promote the company's brand;
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure the correct implementation of the partnerships and troubleshooting any issues hindering the long term success of the partnerships established.
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Saturday & Sunday OFF,  Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
  • Salary review 2 times/ year, based on work performance and company’s performance;
  • 13th- month salary, public holidays bonus (2/9, 30/4, 1/5, 1/1); bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team;
  • Token bonus; Commissions;

  • Proven experience as a partnership manager or experienced in Sales, Marketing. Experience in blockchain/crypto projects;
  • Skills in Strategic Partners, Strategy Development, Account Management, Contract Negotiation and Project Management;
  • Strong organisational skills, with good personal insight, tact and ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across different teams to deliver the desired outcomes;
  • Excellent in English;
  • Experience in proposal writing and the proposal management process;
  • Easy-to-listen voice, good-looking appearance, flexible in communication easily cause sympathy;
  • Ability to travel abroad for business trips (if any);
