We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to:
- Create internal momentum around a product roadmap and build consensus on our priorities
- Make data-driven and customer-driven suggestions for new product initiatives
- Own the financial metrics (market revenue, costs) for products and product lines
- Initially report to the COO leaders and the technical director
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Creating well-scoped, well-documented Project Requirements Documents to serve as clear references for dev teams in Viet Nam
- Working with leadership and engineering to plan upcoming sprints and drive necessary progress towards roadmap initiatives
- Making use of data and analytics to inform project decisions, including tracking success criteria for new features we launch and designing dashboards from which we can extract product insights
- Conducting and summarizing user research in the form of interviews, surveys, monitoring of customer feedback channels and usage data
- Working closely with engineering to ensure new product initiatives have been de-risked from an engineering perspective
- Ensuring we maintain a high bar for quality by remaining attentive to bugs and user feedback
- Acting as a bridge between the development team in all regions with the development team in Vietnam, ensuring the progress of completing the products and the set goals

Successful candidates must demonstrate experience in:
- Relevant project management frameworks with demonstrable success owning key project initiatives
- Developing a project roadmap at a growth-stage company and tracking progress towards those milestones
- Technical fluency with engineering concepts in order to clearly communicate project needs to engineer
- Conducting user interviews and generating market insights to translate into feature ideation
- Synthesizing complexity in scope and technical details to understandable and intuitive experiences
- Effectively owning new features throughout a project development cycle up to and including a smooth roll-out
The successful candidate will be:
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating with developers to ensure product requirements are agreed
- Interested in learning about new markets and business domains
- Used to working in small teams requiring a self-starting mindset along with consensus-building
- Sufficiently aware of blockchain and web-3 developments to demonstrate an interest in the topic and enthusiasm to learn more
- Experienced working in an early-stage start-up
