  • Managing a team Determining project requirements, providing technical directions (technology selection, system design, approach,...) and technical support/ assistance of software developers towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standards.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings/code review to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Interviewing and selecting team members.
  • Saturday & Sunday OFF,  Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
  • Salary review 2 times/ year, based on work performance and company’s performance;

Must have

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Very good at minimum one programming language: FE/Backend NodeJS /PHP /Java /.NET / Mobile
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in software engineer, computer science.
  • Effective verbal communication in English with Clients.
  • Ability of project management is a plus.
  • Good communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
