Progressing with the series of activities in the “Young Talent Developing Program” between SotaTek and local technology institutions, SotaTek welcomed the special visit of students from Bachkhoa-Aptech on Thursday afternoon, October 22nd, 2020.

Mr. Tommy Le – CEO of the company, together with our HR Manager and Marketing Manager had a dynamic and resourceful session with the students at the headquarter of SotaTek in Hanoi.

The students were excited to learn about SotaTek’s journey, products, the scope of work as well as intern opportunities both before and upon graduation, also the career path at the company. All the different questions regarding recruitment processes, career orientation, or advice on personal growth were answered sincerely by our representatives.

SotaTek always welcomes young talents to become a part of our company, we look at potentials and abilities more than papers and certificates. SotaTek aims to create the most optimal work environment for the youth to learn, grow, and prepare themselves for the future.

Tiếp nối các hoạt động hợp tác “phát triển nguồn nhân lực trẻ” giữa SotaTek và các đơn vị đào tạo về công nghệ hàng đầu Việt Nam, chiều qua 22/10/2020, SotaTek vinh dự đón đoàn sinh viên Bachkhoa Aptech đến giao lưu tại trung tâm phát triển phần mềm của chúng tôi.

Cùng giao lưu với các em sinh viên có đại diện của SotaTek, anh Tommy Le – Giám đốc điều hành, đại diện phòng Nhân Sự, phòng Marketing, giảng viên và các em sinh viên khóa 18 của Bachkhoa-Aptech.

Với mục đích giúp các em tìm hiểu về lịch sử phát triển công ty, quy mô, lĩnh vực hoạt động và các bước trở thành thực tập sinh của SotaTek, đại diện công ty đã có buổi giao lưu vô cùng hữu ích với các em. Mọi thắc mắc về quy trình tuyển dụng, định hướng nghề nghiệp hay những lời khuyên chân thành từ các bậc tiền bối đều được truyền tải tới các em đầy đủ nhất.

Việc đón nhận các em sinh viên đến thực tập tại công ty nằm trong chiến lược phát triển nhân lực, mở rộng quy mô SOTATEK trong tương lai gần. SOTATEK sẽ tạo mọi điều kiện tốt nhất cho các em học tập, phát triển bản thân, vững bước trên con đường sự nghiệp sau này.
