Based on the great corporation of SotaTek and FPT School of Business FSB (FPT), the Global MiniMBA Course was officially launched on 20th April 2022.
The ceremony was successfully held with the participation of SotaTekers and FSB’s lecturers. This promises to be a course that assists SotaTek’s senior executive team in gaining a broad understanding of both business administration and leadership skills.

We understand that having an open mindset and being self-aware are vital qualities for any leader, manager, or business owner. And we believe that this course will be tremendously helpful for any administrator in enhancing their leadership abilities, allowing them to be more confident in making major decisions and always ready to take on new challenges.
As expected, the course will finish at the end of August 2022. Let’s look forward to other interesting courses from SotaTek’s training department!

Buổi khai giảng đã diễn ra thành công với sự góp mặt của đông đảo anh chị em SotaTek và giảng viên của FSB. Khóa học hứa hẹn giúp SotaTek có được đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý nguồn có kiến thức toàn diện về Quản trị kinh doanh và Kỹ năng cần thiết của một người lãnh đạo.
Khoá học miniMBA được tổ chức với mục đích giúp khơi dậy khả năng lãnh đạo tiềm tàng của ban lãnh đạo SotaTek.
Tư duy và nhận thức cốt lõi mà các nhà quản trị cần phải có trong thời đại hội nhập toàn cầu là vô cùng cần thiết, khóa học sẽ giúp từng cá nhân khơi dậy khả năng lãnh đạo tiềm tàng, tự tin hơn trong việc ra quyết định điều hành, sẵn sàng đón nhận, hoàn thành tốt mọi nhiệm vụ được giao.
